  The actual store is closed so my friend and I had to go to the store right next to it. Other than that, the peoples there were lovely and helped me choose my shoes. The clerk was really patient and even showed me a shoe model I wanted while they were working on it.

  Service client lamentable. La première fois que j'ai voulu commander pendant les soldes, j'ai été contactée une semaine après pour me dire qu'il y avait eu erreur sur ma commande et que désormais elle n'était plus à prix soldé. Et on m'a demandé si je la voulais toujours ! La deuxième fois, très récemment : le site a planté au niveau du paiement et bien évidemment quand je les ai contacté "non, il n'y a pas de souci. Vous pouvez compléter votre commande"...

  Ordered a pair of boots totalling £250 at sale price. After having worn them on 3 occasions whilst out one evening I returned home to note that the heel cover had completely vanished. Contacted New Rock on more than one occasion and never received a response. Had to open a PayPal claim and funnily enough as soon as I did that they then started communicating all be it slowly. All in all from opening a claim to returning the boots for re-heeling it took a month. They also lied about when they received the boots back stating they had received them on the 12/04/17 when tracking indicates they received them on the 7/04/17. I have been purchasing and wearing New Rock boots for about 20 years and never had an issue until I purchased directly from there Spanish base. I will never purchase from them directly again, I will instead purchase from UK re-sellers. Lengthy and bad communication. Buy at your own risk. Also a note on quality...I have a pair of New Rock Cuna Sport Knee Highs I purchased 8 years ago, when they finally bit the dust I repurchased the exact same model number. When they arrived I was bitterly disappointed that the quality was atrocious in comparison to the pair form 8 years ago. Cheaper much thinner leather, cut and moulded in a completely different way, different zips, different lining and just flimsy and light in comparison. I actually thought I'd been sold counterfeits at first but upon thorough checking they were actually the real deal. I feel things are changing at New Rock in a bid to save money and not in a good way at all heartbreaking to say. I feel completely let down by this company in several ways :-(
